Brian (B.K.) has over 30 years of experience in space industry covering systems engineering, procurement processes, and technical monitoring for both platforms and communication payloads. He leads the satellite system solutions, technical services, and proposal development. He has served as resident consultant for commercial satellite and the U.S. military programs. He was manager and technical director of Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin Commercial Space and Space System Loral, respectively. There he led the system development for various advanced communication satellite programs with nearly $1B winning to his group's credit. He is an Associate Fellow of AIAA. Ed brings over 30 years experience in all aspects of the communications satellite industry, from the pre-proposal and system design stage to satellite integration and launch site operations. He rose to the prestigious position of Division Fellow at RCA/GE Astro Space. He was systems consultant to AstrolinkTM and was responsible for the technical aspects of the FCC filings for the Q and V-band systems. He was also on the Technical Advisory Committee to the US Department of Commerce on satellites and related matters. More recently he worked at Space Systems Loral as technical director in the new business area. He is an Associate Fellow of AIAA and serves on its technical committee on communications.

Dario has over 30 years experience in the satellite industry, as sales and marketing director, program manager, and avionics engineer at Space system Loral, Lockheed Martin, and RCA/GE. Mr. Lacerda has assembled a team of highly experienced satellite experts to provide technical and managerial services to domestic and international customers.
Paul brings 35 years of experience in Aerospace industry including Boeing Commercial Space and Loral Space and Communications. Most recently he was president of the Asia Pacific Office of the latter. His wealth of knowledge of the satellite market, especially in the Asia Pacific region, will be a key asset for Nubron's business establishment.

Brian, a business lawyer, practices in the heart of Silicon Valley, specializing in international venture, corporate, and tax laws. He has 6 years experience at consulting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and at law firms including Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, one of the five largest law firms in the Silicon Valley. He has helped numerous international and domestic venture firms in the various phases of growth.
